“Jorge and his crew have done two jobs for me (about 6 months apart), one in my own home and one in one of my rentals. I have rarely come across such professional, respectful, and friendly experts and I have hired a lot of contractors. Jorge shows up right on time, gives a detailed and competitive quote, works with me on scheduling, and then does a super job. He and his team always exceed my expectations for how a room will look. I will hire him again without question.”

“I called John Pannell at CertaPro in Andover to do a small job, painting several pipes and electrical boxes on our house prior to a soon-to-be done complete vinyl siding job to be done. Even though it was a small job, John provided a painter to do the job and quickly (which I needed). After the job was done, I realized one pipe running the whole height of the house was not painted on the underside. John immediately got the painter to return a few days later so it could be done before the siding crew arrived. All through the process, John replied quickly and followed up to be sure we were happy. If he responded this way in a small job, my husband and I would absolutely contact him for any future big painting jobs. CertaPro, Andover (specifically John and Kathryn Pannell, owners) provide excellent customer service.”

“Tino and his crew are awesome. Tino painted the interior and exterior of my previous home and also my new home. Tino will review you project with you and make sure all aspects are addressed. Very fairly priced, prompt, and professional! Tino and his Crew will leave your place spotless and looking fabulous. Very hard working team. “Recommendation for Osgood Companies – The Best! I recommend the Osgood Companies for the excellence of the paint job that they recently completed for my residence, which is a large antique (1755 – 1760) on a prominent corner in Salem adjacent to the historic district. Patrick Osgood’s team led by Paul were exceptionally helpful, professional and punctual, as well as alert to issues that would need extra attention. Patrick was outstanding to deal with throughout and determined to assist with just the right color. If I have more home painting to do in the future (exterior or interior) I hope that he and his team will be available to do it. Thanks to them, my building is carrying its 257 years with grace and charm looking proudly to the future.”

“I hired CertaPro Lexington to paint the interior of my house, which included al rooms on the main floor, the stairway area to the second floor, the upstairs hallway and an upstairs bath. The team was very good. They arrived on time, worked quickly (completed on time) and kept the work area clean. The team lead was approachable. They kept me informed regarding where they were in the process. They worked around my curious pets. The final product was well down. I would highly recommend.”

“I have known Jeff Young since 1990. I had many occasions to work with him and see his performance in managing projects. Recently he did a favor to me to paint my family Room in the Christmas Holiday period when it is so difficult to find good help. “This company kept appointments and met deadlines. Followed direction and were very neat and respectful. They were trustworthy and did not need to be supervised by me. The job was a 2 story cathedral ceiling upstairs bedroom ceiling that had had leak damage. Painting the dining too and living room careful detail with trim work. I have already engaged them for future work.”
