“We hired Mills Painting to finish a stair renovation - railings, treads, risers and mouldings - using a sprayed-on clear lacquer. The project required a lot of preparation - taping, masking and poly sheeting as the stairway is in the centre of our home and has 3 flights plus a floating landing. The work was performed over the Christmas break, and we were not at home during that time. We handed them the keys and when we returned, all the work was complete, everything had been cleaned up and the quality of the work was first rate. We have received many positive comments on the results.”

“After an RFP process in which five companies competed for our business, our condominium corporation hired Final Touch to do all the exterior repainting of our 38 unit complex. Their bid was competitive, extremely thorough, and the lead person was very informed and made numerous, helpful suggestions. Once they began the job, their crew paid great attention to ensuring the prep was thorough and the final product was done on time and on budget. In addition, their crew was very respectful and all owners were very satisfied with the outcome and their willingness to go “above and beyond”.
