We initially gave them relatively small projects to see how they performed and they not only did not disappoint, they really went above and beyond. We gave Tenhulzen additional work as a result, and, even on very short notice with complicated work, they were able to surpass our expectations. Scott and his entire crew are very detail oriented and thorough, and the follow up on work was also prompt. Materials and methods used are top notch. I wish more businesses were like Tenhulzen, and we will gladly recommend and use them again.”

“Kevin and his team did an amazing job, I can't over emphasize the professionalism of his team. We recently had new floors put in our lower level and had some major issues with our baseboards being destroyed from the renovation and our drywall peeling off the wall (from the bad initial installation of the baseboards). Kevin and his team worked to fix our walls (via spackle and texturizing), installed the new baseboards, and gave everything a clean coat of paint. His job included the renovation of our walls downstairs, installing new baseboards throughout downstairs, and painting our fireplace, the hallway stairs, two bedrooms and railings. He was very responsive, responded to any questions I had (big or small) and was patient as I was picking out the right paint color. I also appreciated that everything was covered properly and we didn't have any stray paint marks after they left. We are asking for an additional bid and will have him finish our entire house (inside and out).”

“Johnnie B did a great job panting the exterior of my house this summer. Once they started they showed up every day until it was finished. John and his crew show real concern for the quality of work they do, including using HEPA filters, properly protecting the area around the painting, and excellent cleanup every day. They even came back for some small touch-ups after the job was completed and paid for. I really appreciate their quality attitude.”

“Our house was way over due a new paint job. The previous owners had re-painted the siding with insufficient preparation. Additionally, due to faulty rain gutters, there was water damage that only became known during the preparation for new paint. After carefully comparing several painting contractors on line, we selected Tera Painting because they seemed like the best combination of both price and quality. We were not disappointed in our decision. The initial bid for work included three different levels of work with the pros and cons of each choice. When the water damage became visible, the on-site manager kept us fully informed of our options and costs to proceed, resulting in an addendum to the original contract. Our contract with Tera included a completion date that was very important to us because we were hosting a large event with many out of town guests. The repairs of the water damage and poor weather conditions made the completion date very difficult to meet. To stay on target and actually meet the completion date Tera had a crew working from day light to dark on good weather days. Their professionalism and attention to detail included daily cleanup of the yard and a status update by email at the end of every work day. We are very pleased with the timely finished paint job. Without reservation, we would be glad to recommend Tera Painting.”
