“The services provided were to wash the stucco and trim to remove dirt and algae, caulk trim, paint soffits and fascia one solid coat, paint metal doors and garage door, paint stucco and foundation 2 coats, clean outside of gutters with gutter cleaner. Hendrick Painting did an excellent job for us. We were very pleased with the results. This project took 5 days. The painters were very professional and reliable. Mr. Hendrick was over every day to check and inspect the painting project. There is a 3-yr labor warranty against coating failure. Our paint job is 2 years and looks great. We have had no problems with the workmanship.”

“Brandon and Carlos and the whole team were absolutely wonderful to work with!!! Bright, knowledgeable and always accessible at my convenience!! Carlos and team while in my home were always professional and respectful. I work from home so were always quiet when working near my office and always asked permission before starting any machinery that could be loud. The painting job they did was superb!! I have an old house so a lot of tape and float had to be done to prepare before painting..........Carlos and his team were so quick they made it all look easy, which I know it is not!!! They all knew exactly what they were doing and obviously have done this for years, which I appreciated!! Thank you Southern Painting for making my home more homey and more beautiful than I had hoped for!! I will definitely call on you again!! ;)”
