“Had them paint the exterior of my home. The estimate visit was nice - but so are they all typically. What set them apart was the level of communication, and especially the work crew! I was given all the information I needed to know how to prepare for their visit, what it would be like on that day, etc., etc. So we were fully prepared when they came - first big brownie point! The crew was efficient, very courteous, kept up communication with us throughout the process - and when they left the only evidence of their presence was our beautifully painted house! But that was not the end of it ... we got a follow-up visit to make sure the job was done correctly - he found things we'd missed, and had them remedied. Now that's honesty! They were admittedly skeptical of our color choices (chocolate house, creamy white trim and apple-green door ... before chocolate and green were so common a combination) - but they were highly respectful about it - and our house is still gorgeous!”

“I have had multiple jobs completed in my home by Kyle Edwards who runs Fine Lines Painting. I have had bedrooms repainted and textured with chair rail trim installed and painted, baseboards installed and painted as well. Kyle fixed a wall(previous owner tried to fix) that needed re-sanding and texturing as well. That turned out great which my wife is very happy about!! Almost forgot to mention the sheetrock repair/patching he did which turned out great. He replaced the light switches in the house as well. What I really like about this guy Kyle is that he worked around my schedule and he always had a good demeanor about him. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and anyone else that I know who wants any painting done. Already working out with Kyle when the exterior of the house will be painted.”

“Marco, Jennifer, and Peter did an excellent job refinishing my cabinets and baseboards. Their bid was substantially below the other company that came out, they worked consistently, and the final product was a big improvement. The cabinets were original construction that I do not think had been refinished in the 35 years since the house was built. They had water damage, chips, scratches, and all the general wear you would expect. Refinishing only involves new coats of stain and lacquer, not wood replacement, so it does not get rid of problems below the finish layer. Peter pointed this out to me at the beginning of the job, but said the team could make them look ”well loved, like your grandmother’s cabinets.” They delivered on that promise. The final finish has an almost imperceptible marbling to the color scheme, which helps to hide imperfections without being obtrusive. It is also very slightly darker than the original, which helps it blend in with the baseboards (stained and installed separately). Marco also addressed a spot on my brick fireplace where a previous owner had slapped a brushfull of red paint. He hand-painted the brick and mortar colors over the red well enough that you can‘t tell the difference from ten feet away and have to know what you’re looking for if you’re closer. It’s a kind of fix I wouldn’t even have known to ask for. Marco has a good eye for color and contrast and likes to work creatively. If you want to show him a problem and ask for solutions, you will likely be happy with the result. If you like to micromanage or if you want something to have the “stamped out in a factory” look, he may not be as good a fit for your needs.”
