“Eric and the team at Sierra West Painting Co completely over-exceeded my expectations for my exterior paint job. I began working with them after having a bad experience with my interior painters having over-promised and under-delivered on all aspects of the project. On the first site visit, Eric was friendly, attentive, and gave me the immediate instinct that I could trust him. His guys showed up on time, worked all day, and stopped in to ask questions about my preference periodically, rather than just assuming my tastes. They weren't initially scheduled to work at my job Saturday but asked permission to come by and get a head start on more of the patching to prep the house. I was almost taken aback at how polite and respectful each team member was. When Eric came by to do a walk around, he pointed out touch ups he wanted his guys to do that I had not even noticed (and I am extremely detail oriented). “Scott was really great to work with. He painted the exterior of our house. He always called back right away and there was no problem when we needed to reschedule a few times. He was on time, professional, friendly, and when unforeseen problems arose he was fair, informative and helped us solve the problems without costing us an arm and a leg! He also helped us choose a color and luckily we were able to get free paint samples because we had trouble deciding on a final color; it would have cost us quite a bit to buy all the paint samples we used. Once he started the job, the crew was here every day until it was done-even over the weekend! The house looks great! I would like to share more specific information about the extra attention he gave us. 1) When the house was painted we really didn't like the color. We wanted gray but it looked really blue! I texted him in a panic at 10pm. He called me back and we talked for an hour and solved the problem so the crew could get back to work the next morning. (We had to pick a new color and he only charged us for labor.) It could have been a very EXPENSIVE problem and instead we worked it out without breaking the bank. 2) We had termite damage and Scott had us replace wood in 6 different places for a VERY reasonable price! It saved time and money. We didn't have to stop the job to have an outside company do it! 3) His recommendations about what kind of paint, the accent colors, etc made the house look great. He helped us answer questions that you don't think about until you paint your house- like what color do you want the eaves? . . . . We are very happy with our new house! It looks great and I am so glad we used CertaPro!”
