“Authentic Maintenance gets 5 stars plus from myself and all the 42 residents of Regal of Manor Lakes in Imperial Golf Course for the outstanding job they did in our garages after being flooded by Hurricane Ian! From sheetrock, painting and wood moulding the work performed was outstanding! The work force was very professional and was always there to answer any questions the owners had! They completed the extensive job on a timely bases. The Sales and Marketing officer Matt was often on sight. His own knowledge of the business and how to address everything needed was so appreciated. We have also contracted Authenic Maintenance to install 38 back entrance garage doors along with granite coating the garage floors. They will also be installing rain spouts. I would highly recommend them for doing any of the Multiple Service’s they have to offer! Kindly.. Doug Berlet Regal of Manor Lakes HOA President”

“West Coast Painting was one of the sub-contractors Involved in building my new house. They were professional and very efficient and the owner Frank Aleman is very hands on an has a great personality. He went on to do a few extra jobs for us after the house was finished and we found him very easy to work with and eager to please. He has a great eye for detail and is a perfectionist. The results always exceeded our expectations. His company provides a variety of services besides painting and if he can't get it done he knows someone who can and who is as good as he is.”

“We hired Lima Bravo to repaint our condo after having a flood - the crew was very precise, professional and cared about their work - it was a whole job, baseboards, walls ,ceiling,doors - we are very pleased with the job they did, they were recommended to us from another of their clients who was also very pleased - I was especially impressed by the chap that painted our 15 glass panel french doors free hand,having once been a painter myself - not a drop of paint landed on the glass "Brava!!" Want a job well done , call them you will be happy Lynne”

“Did a good job removing wall paper even with an excess of paste and a textured wall surface. Gave me good advice as to products to use to get a good result when I painted the room. Did not push for the painting business, did offer it but no pressure. Price seemed fair and they were on time and worked very efficiently.”

“Customer service oriented. Free estimate was provided without obligation. All details were discussed. Exterior painting of my home. Actual work depends on which crew you get...first two days of work, the crew was awesome, very friendly, went above and beyond, and did a great job. Crew that came the third day....total opposite, rude, no prep work so I got paint from my roof to my Ac unit. Luckily they are customer service driven, I spoke with Mr. Oakley, he came to see the work and sent a crew to fix the things that were pointed out.”
