Andy has very high standards for his staff, and they meet those standards. Their preparation of walls before painting is extraordinary, and they're extremely careful and neat They're also just warm, friendly guys who really want the customer to be pleased. Mario, in particular, takes his responsibilities very seriously, and he has a great sense of humor which makes him very easy-going to work with.
