“Brian did an excellent job helping us remodel our house. He installed new floors throughout the entire house and did a complete remodel of our kitchen including installing new sink, range hood, backsplash and quartz counter tops. One of the great things about him is he has a good eye for interior and exterior design and will offer suggestions and different options (he even went with us to pick out our counter tops and backsplash for the kitchen). We will certainly be hiring him again for our next project!”

“Woodiwiss painting recently repainted the exterior of our 55-year-old house. They sanded every blister and crack, caulked every seam, primed under board-and-batten sections that had never been primed before, painted carefully around windows and trim. The workmen were courteous and cleaned up neatly every day, and they worked all day, every day until the job was completed. Our house has never looked better or been so weather-proof. We are thoroughly pleased with their workmanship as well as their professionalism and courtesy.”

“Bob's crew painted the entire interior of our house. I had gotten bids from six other paint companies, but Bob really stood out from the rest. When he came to my house to give me the estimate, he spent a half hour (whereas most of the other painters spent at most ten minutes) going through each room and jotting down notes. He made good suggestions about the type of paint to use in different rooms, and also volunteered to do some extras like touching up my painted kitchen cabinets. It was obvious that Bob had an eye for detail and wanted the job to be done well. He sent me his estimate the same day we met. I was struggling with what paint colors to use, and Bob picked up many paint samples to put on the walls to make sure I was happy with my choice. His crew was on time each day and cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. They were friendly and respectful of our space. They also made it possible for us to keep living in the house while it was being painted. Bob said it would take six days to do the entire house, and it took six days to do the entire house. Before leaving, he made sure I went through each room with his crew to ensure I was happy with the end result. I give Bob's Professional Painting my highest recommendation.”

“I'm overall really happy with the house painting job provided by Vincent Powell Painting and Decorating. I hired Vince to paint the outside of my home which consists of both stucco and siding. He explained all the details of the work up front, made recommendations and finished the job in the scheduled amount of time. Throughout the transaction, I found him and his guys to be very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to use Vincent Powell Painting and Decorating again.”

“Sinclair's bid was the most competitive of three received. The written scope in the contract was clearly defined, with a couple minor language adjustments readily accommodated. The painting crew was adequately staffed, punctual and did a very thorough prep job. The foreman, in particular, was proactive. The painting was completed within the time frame quoted, despite several days of inclement weather. The only negative was the subcontracted scaffolding was left in place for 3 weeks after completion; extended poor weather was the probably cause.”
