Green Street is a design, project management and construction company set up in 2014. We specialise in the refurbishment and extensions of all types of properties and project management of domestic refurbishment projects. With a combined experience of nearly 25 years working with buildings we have an in depth knowledge and understanding of character properties and know what it takes to refurbish properties to a high standard of architectural and interior design. We provide comprehensive design and project management services for clients looking to refurbish or extend their properties including property development, planning and conservation consent, management of architectural and interior design, procurement and management of main contractor and follow on trades, preparation and maintaining budgets through detailed schedule of works and costs and management of procurement process.
