Barrie Simons & Associates was established in 1984, and is an Award Winning, multidisciplinary practice based in Exeter, providing a full range of building design services; architecture, building surveying, interior design and project management, to clients locally, nationally and internationally. We have successful experience in many types of design and construction, ranging from small residential builds and extensions, large bespoke dwellings, apartment blocks and student accommodation, up to large scale commercial developments in retail, leisure and industry. Barrie Simons & Associates enjoy long-standing working relationships with our clients, local authorities, other consultants, and professionals in the Industry. We are also Regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and our designers are skilled in all fields of building design to assist you with your project, above and beyond standard design and administration.
