“Excellent troubleshooting. They identified our plumbing problem and solved it within a couple of hours. They were professional, cleaning up after themselves, arrived on time, made sensible suggestions for solving our problem without price gouging. They scoped our drains honestly and cleared a blockage. We called them after getting a bid for many thousands from a national company which seemed way too high when we compared it with friends in the area. We will certainly use them again for any and all plumbing needs. Our bill was around $500 for scoping all the drains,,clearing a blockage , flushing the system and pressure testing the drains plus two small repairs to traps. I think they are honest and have an excellent local reputation which they value.”

“I am extremely grateful for the professional expertise of HEB Plumbing. I had a slow running drain in a house that was built in the 70's so yes I knew there could be major problems, but I have never really had that many problems other than a backed up toilet or a clog in the kitchen sink all of which just needed snaked. So when I called another plumbing company and they showed up late looked at the problem and then only snaked my double sink from inside and came back with I had a cracked pipe under the foundation without running a camera and quoted me $3650 to jack hammer through the foundation, tear up my tile and only replace to rough concrete AND was not for sure if that would fix the problem! Really? I knew I needed a second opinion. I explained the problem to HEB Plumbing and with their experience of dual sinks, asking if they had snaked the pipe from the roof or inside well let's just say I felt more confident in 5 minutes on the phone with them vs 30 minutes with Royal flush. HEB did not guarantee that would fix the problem until they saw it but they felt it would. Sure enough I cannot say enough good things about this company. The professional service from start to finish. The professional expertise at all times and the fact that snaking from the roof worked. So yes I am so happy that they saved me thousands of dollars and a headache, but even if the outcome had been the broken pipe, I would have trusted them due to how they explained the situation. I called this company based on a friends recommendation to see if they could come out to help her.
