“We were so happy that we called Mr Rooter for a washing machine overflow and basement flood situation. They were fast at arriving (same day within hours) and sent a professional, educated and super nice plumber named Erich. He fixed the problem then explained how to prevent future issues. The woman on the phone who set it up was also very professional and the follow-up emails were another professional touch. They will now be our go-to plumber instead of begging a 'local' plumber to do the job who doesn't even want to come out and overcharges for his services.”

Most recently was They are ALWAYS prompt, very polite and respectful, very professional, knowledgeable and accurate and fast in completion of the job.
