“Meticulous installed a basement bathroom in our 1960's home. They were invaluable in the planning process and in advising us throughout. We installed a ejector pump, toilet, shower and vanity. Work was fast, professional, and clean up was great. We are bringing them back for a re-pipe and new water service.”

“We experienced a main water pipe break and flood in an over 100-year old building in downtown Portland that insurance wouldn't cover. So we needed a plumber who was competent in dealing with the challenging plumbing routes of an old building, as well as offer a reasonable budget. As members of our Association Board, we voted to use Puddletown Plumbing first based on their competitively lower estimate, but as we got into the massive project, I realized they are also creatives and thinkers, eager to solve the most challenging scenarios and clever at decoding the snags. I trust their services and prices. I highly recommend them.”

“We hired Rob to replace all of our plumbing in the home including all the drains. Did a great job, was on time and very easy to talk to and explained everything in detail. “They did a great job. From start to finish everyone was helpful, professional and clearly customer focused. We found ourselves in a schedule pinch on a room addition/kitchen remodel and they fit us in quickly and helped us stay on track and Roy and Jeremy were great to work with and Jeremy even tightened our shower drain when he saw it was leaking in the crawl space. The inspector even commented that Tri-County always does a great job.”

“I needed to get my valve changed in my bathroom. It was quite old, and my walls are super thick cement. Twice, my plumber had to leave to purchase a part, and he even called me to determine whether I needed chrome or nickel on my trim kit. Very thoughtful, considering that it was my tile guy that left my trim off in the first place. Anyway, he was fast, did an excellent job, was super clean and very much worth their weight in gold, but not priced that way lol!”

“We used Meticulous to do all our plumbing on 2-bathrooms. They are respectful, professional and reasonably priced. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Leo was able to retro fit our old house and update old plumbing. Great problem solver and experience. In the long run they saved us money. I can't imagine using any other company. We Never felt pressure and they kept us well informed every step of the way. No surprises. We were very comfortable with them in our house.”
