“I have been using Kook & Son for all my household plumbing, including routine maintenance and major repairs, since I bought my Jersey City condo in 2005. They are great. Mr. Kook might be the only businessman left in America who answers his own phone. They show up when they promise, are very responsive in case of emergency, and alway fix what's wrong the first time with a minimum of fuss and mess. “Woke in the morning and my boiler was off so we had no heat. Called around and everyone was too busy. Neo plumbing answered and said they will schedule for the next day, but when I said I had small children they moved things around and came out the same day. Nick was great and got my heat started the Same Day. Great fast knowledgeable and friendly!”
