“Thanks again for looking after us so promptly. Your man was brilliant. The water structuring device needed at least half a metre before the inlet and after the outlet and that was not the case when the water pipe was uncovered. He dug the trench long enough to allow for this and then bought the water back to where it needed to join the existing pipe.”

“Rowlinson Architects Pty Ltd is owned by Luke Rowlinson, registered architect BOAQ 3579 - and we are pleased to provide this review/reference for Camm Morris and the Accuplumb team pertaining to some of our recent projects that have involved their works. Projects:- Scenic Rim Trail - Timber Getters and Amphitheatre sites - for Gainsdale Pty Ltd and Jilrift Pty Ltd (owned by Flight Centre founders, Graham and Jude Turner) . This group was tasked with the design, procurement and delivery of some truly remarkable destinations. These were handed over to Spicers Hotels, Retreats and Lodges Pty Ltd to operate as part of their Spicers Eco Active brand which operate new 5 & 7 day walks in the Great South East, Queensland - utilising these destinations. Rowlinson Architects (RA) in conjunction with Polyform Construction Pty Ltd in early 2018 assisted Jilrift Pty Ltd in completion of two of the building types as part of an agile prototyping exercise. This successful commission led to further design and detailing for pre-manufacture. RA assisting the group prepare the next stage of the project, being the on ground construction and commissioning - this where Accuplumb's expertise was provided to Polyform Construction Pty Ltd. Rowlinson Architects (RA) has contributed to the group's project as one of the commissioned architects. RA and our various teams have taken the design concept by Jim Gall Architects and developed the design to what it is today. RA have worked closely and tirelessly with Spicers in-house designer / project manager Claire Baguley to deliver on the vision for the project - this included specially designed hydraulic services design (by Neil Blaire NBA Pty Ltd) - and care to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, National Parks and Local Government approvals. Accuplumb (owned by Camm Morris) and his team provided on-ground installation and commissioning of hydraulic works up to on-site treatment (by ENVIRA Holdings Pty Limited) - as part of Polyform Construction Pty Ltd build contract. This work was painstaking - and the spec and scope of this work needed to be completed in a timely manner with zero waste left on-site. Much of the falls were critical throughout and the pipework required to be hung from walkways to avoid large inground works - this was a large and difficult commission by any comparison. This project has been completed to a high level of care and attention to detailing that required the pre-manufacturing and dismantling offsite and reassembly onsite specifications. All engagement and works requested of Camm and the Accuplumb team during this onsite component has been exemplary. The site access was at a large distance from traditional supply chains and this procurement constraint was also handled with ease by Accuplumb and its team. In 2018 RA was tasked to complete a Creating Positive Futures group project for Lendlease Communities Pty Ltd - a Sales and Information Centre, that converts to an NDIS SDA High Physical Support Home at the end of the project. This project located in Yarrabilba was to showcase land sales opportunities to the public and showcase universal access / and more sustainable housing ideas. Including exploring some circular economy efforts - towards a circular economy future as part of Lendlease's vision and GMR mandates. This has some very difficult tolerances to meet the LHA Platinum level (at the time) and site safety is amongst the world's highest standards. Accuplumb went out of the way to meet these requirements. Any concerns were dealt with promptly and with no hassle. The project was delivered onsite in a very tight timeframe. Lock-up was achieved within a number of weeks. Practical completion for a launch date that was fixed was achieved on time. In 2019 CPL suggested to the parent of a Robust NDIS SDA participant that CPF and RA provide a design service to assist their needs. IN 2020 RA has been consulted to provide Contract Administration and Project Management services for this project - a bespoke NDIS SDA Robust level accomodation for this participant, who is moving from Tasmania to the Gold Coast. Construction onsite will be 8 weeks and Accuplumb is assisting the client achieve this outcome. The design is on a sloping site and requires onsite wastewater treatment facilities. Accuplumb have been working with Ian Fowler (QBCC builder) to deliver this project - providing quality level of service and customer care. Accuplumb's tradespeople are friendly and helpful. With wide ranging experience of NCC PCA requirements. NDIS homes require considerable effort on the rough-in and final fit off stages by plumbers, Accuplumb excels in meeting these requirements and following through on any special requests. We look forward to working on projects with Accuplumb again.”

“Have a multiple teams that provide careful and complete services. we have use multiple time from blocked toilets, to sewage replacement and tap work. Owner manager has counselled us regarding public holiday cost as to wait overnight for repair. All staff are happy to discuss needs and opportunities. One star down was their requirement to charge to quote for gas installation and the less than standard of representative as regards to solutions that we have had considered. Pricing cost are compatible to smaller single man operations that use apprentices.”
