“I have been using Kook & Son for all my household plumbing, including routine maintenance and major repairs, since I bought my Jersey City condo in 2005. They are great. Mr. Kook might be the only businessman left in America who answers his own phone. They show up when they promise, are very responsive in case of emergency, and alway fix what's wrong the first time with a minimum of fuss and mess. All of their technicians are knowledgeable and easy to have in my home. I highly recommend the local family-owned business.”

He first explained the problem and what needed to be done to fix the plumbing, gave me a written estimate and I was more than pleased when the job was finished.”
