“Since meeting Tom & Erika at a NARI (National Association for the Remodeling Industry) event a few years ago, I have had them do the plumbing on several projects as well as some service calls. “Dave deserves more than 5 stars. He installed a sump pump with a battery back-up, an ejector basin pump and lid, a kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal for me. As a woman, I was concerned that someone would try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on the subject of sump pumps. Dave patiently explained all of my options, the pros and cons of the various models of pumps for my house and purposes and was, at all times, considerate and respectful. He told me that an item that I thought was broken was not and merely required flipping a switch to correct it. He returned to install a soap dispenser in my kitchen, at no charge, because he had promised to do so. The work was performed very well, expeditiously, and the area was left in better condition than when he had arrived. I will not hesitate to call Dave's Plumbing for any plumbing issues I may have in the future (he left his number attached to the sump pump piping for easy access)!”

He showed up on time and with all the tools he needed. Once he assessed the situation he gave me a very reasonable quote. Pete does quality work and is an honest businessman.
