“I had new gutters put up by William Moore and his team. (They were subcontractors to a general contractor I had hired for other work on the house.) Mr. Moore's professionalism and attention to detail impressed me, and his team worked well together. The new gutters look great! Where the downspouts end at a splash block, they are all brought completely down to the splash block and where they end at a hidden drain they are all connected with the proper connectors. Sizing, spacing and slope for all the gutter runs are calculated correctly as well. I particularly noticed the way Mr. Moore trained an obviously new member of his crew. He checked his work frequently, and was quick to compliment him whenever he could. The new member was comfortable asking questions of everyone on the team, and each person answered in a friendly and respectful way.
