They put on a beautiful roof which stands out, finished our our gutters, installed finish wood pieces and matched the paint to give the look we desired as well as built the best fence in my entire neighborhood. “Corey with Shingles Roofing has re-roofed and shingled two of my properties here in Dallas. He is very thorough with explanations, timelines and completion expectations. The crew is timely, expedient and leave the property so clean that it is as if nothing even happened. I was out of town during the last installation and had Corey not communicated throughout the entire process (by text), I would not have believed it had been done. The place was spotless but then again, I have come to expect that from this company since it was the same way with the first job they completed.”

“Edward and his team were very thorough on my claim. They made sure to walk me through the entire process step by step starting with meeting me with the claims adjuster. They were not bullied by the insurance agency trying to cut corners on citing damage and blatantly pointed out the damage they were liable for. Whatever the insurance claims agent was not willing to cover, Pertex and their team were able to get through supplements. The job they did on the roof was fantastic. They were respectful of neighbors. Other roofing companies working on other roofs are hooting a hollering with loud music playing. Not Pertex, they were very professional. I was impressed with the job they did on the gutters, which another roofer did not do the year prior on another claim, wherein one area they bypassed from the foundation being over watered. At first the claims agent was not willing to cover the entire fence and only a number of slats with pressure washing and paint. They were able to get the insurance to cover it. I was unaware of the policy I had so the insurance only covered 30% of it. Pertex was able to take what the insurance gave me and restored the fence instead and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone skeptical about the 1500 DFW roofing companies to choose from. They have the proper certifications, processes, and practices to get you the best claim from the insurance with quality work.”

“We had a pretty bad ice storm and quite a few houses in our area had roof damage. We saw Albert at our neighbor's house and asked him if he would come take a look at our house when he was finished. He was polite and professional with my husband and I. He let us know that we did have ice damage. He told us to contact our Insurance and told us to let him know when the adjuster would be coming for he wouldn't mind being here to meet the person coming. Albert kept his word and we were approved! He went over with us our options such as color of roofing and such. We also had some rotten wood on our house and no gutters. He worked with us and we ended up with an upgraded roof, the rotten wood replaced, the outside of our house painted and gutters put up where needed. His workers showed up when we were told and all of them were friendly and worked well together. He went the extra mile with us to make sure we received what we needed/ was approved on and then some! We would HIGHLY recommend this company to all our friends and family!”
