“We hired Enhanced Roofing & Remodeling to do a MAJOR addition and whole house renovation. We added an addition and completely remodeled our existing house (which was built in 1937). To add to it, we were expecting our 3rd child and were hoping to have the renovation completed before the baby's arrival. All of the other quotes we received were wayyyyy over our budget (like $80K-$100K over), AND said the job would take close to 6 months to complete. Well, Ryan Fubini (owner of Enhanced Roofing & Remodeling) seriously is our savior! He did the entire job within our budget AND finished our house in 3.5 months. That's right, you read it correctly. He did the entire renovation in less than 4 months, and we were able to move back into our house with 1 month to get ready for baby #3. Our house looks amazing! We went from a tiny 3 bedroom/2 bathroom/small kitchen house, to a 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom house with a beautiful (and big) kitchen and a spectacular family room. We even converted a screened-in porch into a mudroom (one of the best rooms in the house, especially now that we have 4 kids). We have 2 HVACs (one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs), and put the washer/dryer upstairs. I still look around our house and just love everything that Enhanced did. The team of guys are super nice and professional, and really listen to the needs/wants of the customer. Ryan is a gem, and we will always be thankful for what he did for our family and overall quality of life!”

“I highly recommend Painter Roofing and Construction. They did an outstanding job on a roof, siding, window replacement and siding/trim paint job. I got multiple estimates for this project and found Painter to be the most reasonable and honest. They did not try to upsell me on things I did not need like some other bidders on my job, their cost estimate was accurate with no hidden upcharges on the back end, and the team that worked on the project was upbeat, respectful and took pride in their workmanship. They also provide old fashioned local neighborhood service - they are located on Lee Highway and the family owners came by frequently to check on anything we needed. If you want to support a local business, this is the way to go.”

“Been living in my current home in Vienna for over 7 years now and just discovered Mainstreet a few weeks ago. Wish I had known about them before. Michael is professional and honest, the two most important things in my book when it comes to contractors. He helped me with one project on very short notice and I can honestly say, of all the contractors I've dealt with throughout the years, his shop is at the top of the list. There'a another crew that I like a lot, but they cost much more and are slower to respond. For my next project, I'll definitely be hitting Mike up again.”
