“4/10/2020 2 photos We had a great experience with Artezanos and now have an incredibly beautiful roof to prove it! I had been looking for two years for someone to do a beautiful job on our much needed new roof, and just happened to stumble across Artezanos. I was looking for that specific type of roof, and not many companies out there will do it, or even know how. And if they do, they will give you a ridiculous bid. Not only is our roof aesthetically beautiful to look at, but even more importantly is what's under the roof. We literally have three layers of Sharkskin Ultra and Sharkskin Ultra SA (peel and stick...no nails whatsoever). The inspector told me each time he came here that in all the years of inspecting...he had never seen such a well protected roof. Then on top of that, there is a metal that they put over the top before they put the tiles on! To make matters even more difficult... I have eleven skylights that needed replacing. So on top of all of the other layers protecting them so they won't leak, they added extra layers of several things that I don't know the names of...and then coated those layers multiple times with something more. It is a very tight roof...I don't expect any problems ever again. OH...and the finished edge is like old world Italian/Spanish roofs. Nobody else finishes the edges like that. On another note... It was wonderful working with people who actually cared about their product, and before we even decided to go with them, they talked with us multiple times. Dan and Todd are two of the nicest people you could ever want to work with. Todd's son Julian is the foreman, and equally as nice. You can always reach out to them via phone/text...and they will respond right away. I have to say...that was a huge plus.”

“Rapid Roofing did a wonderful job replacing my roof as a very reasonable price. The job was begun at a date I requested. My roof had leaks around the chimney and a visible hole with rotten wood under the eaves. They removed some of the stone around the chimney to install flashing underneath. The stone looked better after they replaced it than it had before they began. They removed stucco from several areas as well in order to put in flashing. That was also repaired and painted. They did a great job of fixing the hole in the eaves and painted the new fascia. The owners came by on a daily basis to check how the work was progressing. They were very professional and friendly. The workers went above and beyond to keep the mess to a minimum. My landscaping was covered with tarps to keep the debris out and they cleaned up daily. They even offered to pick up the tiny pieces of plastic that had blown into my neighbor's yard. I highly recommend this company.”

“Poe Roofing installed a Polyglas self-adhered roofing system on a flat concrete deck with 3" of polyisocyanurate insulation for me. They primed the deck first with an asphalt primer and then secured 2 layers of pressure-treated 2 x 6 lumber to the edge of the roof with tapcon screws staggered every 12". The second layer was nailed to the first with 10d ring shank nails every 6". The next step was to secure the insulation to the deck with OlyBond 500. Then they put down two plies of base sheet and one layer of cap sheet. They did a very nice job - I'd recommend them to anyone. I got about 8 estimates and they quoted a very reasonable price - not too high and not too low. They did what they said they would do, on time, with a permit and inspection and left the job site spotless. No one could ask for more.”
