“Upon the presale inspection of my home, I was informed that I had CertainTeed New Horizon Shingles and the roof was in need of replacement. I priced out three contractors and their previous clients recommendations and came to the conclusion that Evergreen Construction Company was my only clear choice. From start to finish Evergreen took care of everything, from working with my home insurer to the city home building inspector. Evergreen recommended upgrades that were cost efficient as well as updating the roof to meet current building inspection codes. Evergreen showed up on time, expeditiously ordered the material and installed them. Afterwards, they cleaned the area better than before they started and got a kudos from the home inspector on the installation. This made me, the homeowner, feel as thou I had made the proper choice with Evergreen. Joe Hahs and crew is knowledgeable in the current building codes, extremely professional, easy to work with and the reroofing process went as expected. I strongly recommend using Joe Hahs and Evergreen Construction Company for your roofing and window replacement needs.”

“After hail damaged our roof, we hired Reuter Walton Restoration to help us with a new roof. Taylor Quinlan helped us choose the perfect roof and saw to it that it was expertly put on. He dealt with all the necessary paperwork/ communication with our insurance. Taylor took extra hours to provide multiple address where I could see options we were considering. That way I could actually see shingles applied and better visualize the finished result. He was amazing. He did this time after time for me. Workers were fantastic as well. Neat, thorough, kind, etc. I recommend Taylor to everyone I know!!!”

“Our home was in desperate need of a face lift. We also need a few new windows that were causing us issues. We choose Snap and overall we had a great experience throughout the process. They were great with communication and we felt they were priced right. We really liked the richlin windows they sold us on. We also like that the product is made here in Minnesota. We liked the multiple quality control inspections after the project was complete. The first happened at the end of the job where we walked with the crew foreman around the home. The second came just after that and was a final inspection of the property. They seemed very thorough in the process and made us feel as though our home was protected. Overall we were impressed and will be using them in the future for the rest of our windows.”

“My 20-year old cedar roof had hail damage from several storms over the years and holes from critters. I also had some leaking from my porch roof. Josh Camp professionally diagnosed the problems and not only installed a gorgeous, new, cedar roof, but repaired the leaky porch areas before they got out of hand. Although there are historic building restrictions in my neighborhood, Josh dealt with the city permit people and persuaded them to approve our plan. He also came back to check on the project! Well done! Highly recommended!”
