“Just wanted to say thanks. After less than 5 minutes on my roof, the Elite Sales Representative was able to diagnose my problem. He also found another issue that would have been serious if left unattended for much longer. This is the 3rd time that I have had to pay for the same problem, which has never been fixed correctly until now. It was so nice to see pouring rain outside, instead of in my hallway. The office staff was very nice as well. They did all they could to work with us, and even gave a follow up call after the job was done. Its nice to know that we still have companies like yours around. One lessen learned, if your roof leaks, call a roofer, not a contractor.”

I hired them because everything the salesman said was in writing and their references were impeccable. I'll update after completion, its the reason for 4 stars and not 5 yet”
