“Very lucky we chose Highbanks. Several other contractors only offered extensive repairs to fix a roof leak, one wanted to replace the entire roof. But Jim said he would try to figure out what was causing the leak and he spent much more time in the attic than anyone else did and found right where the problem was. Offered to do it for less than $300, with a guarantee it wouldn't leak for 5 years at that same spot. It took 2 tries, but he kept his word and came back within a couple days when the leak persisted after the first visit. This time- no leak, and no more buckets catching water.”
