I’ve worked with several roofing companies in the 23 years I’ve owned my home to replace my flat roofs, and have a fairly negative view on most. When it was time to replace my pitched roof, I responsibly got 3 estimates from highly rated roofers on Yelp and decided on the Home Doctor to install an architectural shingled roof. “Central roofing replaced my old vinyl siding with Hardi plank & replaced all the old gutters & trim. They did an amazing job! They were on time, they worked quickly & were well supervised. This was the biggest job I have done on my home and they were the easiest & most professional guys I have ever worked with. The best part - they gave me the lowest bid!!! I bid my job out to 3 contractors & Central came in the lowest (by $10k in one case). Normally I'm worried about the cheapest guys but Mitch at Central knew what needed to be done & how long it would take - he was right on the mark. The others guys wanted to charge extra for random parts of the job just to nickel & dime me. I guy tried to convince me my whole shed needed to be torn down & rebuilt for $8000. Mitch at Central said it merely needed to have to have the roof repaired & just reprinted. He was right. Central is a rare company that has fair pricing, honest management & super quality work.”

“ABS was one of five contractors I received bids from when I was planning to have two pathways redeveloped at my home in Damascus. ABS was competitive--not the cheapest--but Gary clearly was the most professional in every way in trying to get my work. In the end, I made the right choice. Gary's input to my original designs greatly enhanced the projects. Both pathways came out wonderfully in appearance and function. His crews are darn hard workers! They showed up on time and worked long days. They did little things I did not expect--such as grading the dirt around the paths and planting grass seed. And then they cleaned up immaculately. I give ABS my highest recommendation for home contracting--and have already referred them to a friend (who also was pleased with the work done by ABS at his home).”
