“We had a full bathroom remodel done by NorthWest Construction. The final result is absolutely beautiful. John C was the project manager. He communicated clearly what was happening and when. He listened to our needs and wants. There was no "hard sell". They were very caring, professional and courteous. (It was extremely nice to see some of the younger workers truly polite and taking great care in their work). Even though the project took a little bit longer than anticipated (waiting on City inspections slowed things down), every step was communicated. John pushed to get things done as quickly as possible. We did go a bit over budget since we added a few things in as we were going along. However, that was because we added to the project. I'm glad that we did. Great job. I would definitely use them again.”

“Very professional; excellent warranty (as long as you fulfill your obligation to have them inspect each year after five years); they came, tarped the property, tore down and put the new roof on in one day - they were so careful to not leave debris on the lawn, you would never have known they were there! During the tear off process, one of my gutters was damaged and they came out within the week to replace it. I would highly recommend them!”

“After a good pour down came through, I noticed that there was no water coming out our home's downspout. My husband told me to call the guys at Downriver Roofers and tell them the problem and ask them to come out and have a look. Sure enough, my gutters and downspouts were stopped up. Downriver Roofers came out quickly and took care of the problem. Love the crew at this company because they go out of their way to take care of their customers. If you have a problem with your roof or gutters, give Downriver Roofers a call.”

“Great Customer Service, reliable, dedicated staff, Great presentation with materials and quotes for the project. Service salesperson was able to answer any and all of our questions and concerns about the project. Including safety for our family members and also their on site workers. On site team leader or foreman was there to give direction and guidance to all crew members Working on site crew members were very respectful with our property and clean up Company called in advance to let us know when they were going to arrive to start the project. On site working crew always kept us posted as to the progress with their work during the day. They also advised us when they would be finished for the day and when they would be returning the next day. Great company workman ship with a follow up inspection to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. Many thanks to the Dayus Roofing Company for a good job done and with quality materials.”
