“My home was damaged by Hurricane Irene and I was contacted by The Third Estimate. After speaking with the nice gentleman, doing a little research on them, I decided to hire them for roofing and new siding. The men who came to my home each day were very polite and never slacked off. The end results were very impressive. I will definately recommend The Third Estimate to anyone who has hail damage, roofing and/or siding. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had to pick up a ton of nails from the yard.”

“We decided to have our basement waterproofed, with plans to finish the basement down the road. The salesmen were very nice - but did over- exaggerate a bit with the selling aspect of the job (which we didn't know until the Foreman and their crew came and told us what they would be doing). There were a few "hiccups" at first - I had some freshly planted baby flowers - one was stepped on a bit before being able to have them all covered - but it should still hopefully bloom next year. The dirt that was put back was not "tamped" down very well at first (we had a 2 foot mound all the way around the house - not attractive at all!) - and we were told by the salesmen that the house would look "as if they were never even their". The foremen was extremely understanding, and had the crew re-do the dirt along the house so that it really doesn't look like they were there! The only other concern was the time the cement takes to cure in the basement - the salesman told us it would take 30 days - but the foreman and his supervisor said that it takes 6-8 weeks before it is cured and you can put porous materials on it. Of course, there is nothing that OSW can do about concrete curing, but I do wish that the Salesman was more knowledgable about the whole process he is selling. All and all - by the end of the day, I am very happy with OSW and the crew that worked on my house. We have had quite a bit of rain since they finished, and no leaking!! I would recommend to any one who needs their basement waterproofed.”

“Campopiano Roofiing did a complete tear off and reroof of my house . In the process they fixed several issues that were contributing to water leaking inside of my home (skylight, vent stack, cupola, gutters) . The quoting process was very easy, the crew was very professional, and the attention detail was impressive. They completed the job on time and on budget.
