“We used Xtend to do a theater room in our home about 6 months ago and it turned out great. We did a projector, screen, sound, and seating. It was a one stop shop as they did it all. We met with one of there designers and he laid out everything in detail before we began the project so it was very smooth during the whole installation process which saved me a lot of stressing about things. We have movie night with our neighbors and its a great way to experience the movies with the comforts of our own home. I would recommend this company to anyone and plan to have them do more work for us in the future.”

“Vic came to my home and installed a TV with surround sound in my living room. I have since had him over to hang the TV in my bedroom and also install a projector, screen and surround sound in my man cave! A +++ here! Professional, efficient and priced perfectly. “I contacted A/V Environments to wall mount a new TV in our newly constructed home. It was a project I felt I could do myself but since it was a new home and new TV I wanted it done better than right. I spent almost an hour on the phone with owner of the company as we talked about options and about his company. He was very honest with me and seemed genuinely interested in doing this job even though it was, in my words not his, a pittance compared to their regular work. I had also asked about calibrating the TV and he advised me to simply purchase a Blu-Ray disc online that will walk me through the process. He said he could do it and would charge me for it but that given the size of the job it was really in my best interest to just do the Blu-Ray. I appreciate his honesty because he easily cold have just taken my money. An appointment was finally set and the day came for the install. i delayed my work schedule a bit so I could be there and explain exactly what I wanted done (wires, location, etc.). As the scheduled time approached I got a call from the technician saying they were going to be later than expected and gave me a new time. I explained about my work schedule and how a delay would be extremely inconvenient for me and they made immediate adjustments and made it to my home only a few minutes after the originally scheduled time. The first thing I noticed about the two technicians that arrived was that they immediately removed their "outside" shoes and put on "inside" shoes. I wasn't going to ask someone to take their shoes off but this spoke volumes to me, that they respected my new home and were willing to do something mildly out of their way to show that respect. The technicians looked at the space and asked questions then got started. At this point I left for work. When I got home the TV and wires were all mounted exactly as I had hoped and were installed solidly and evenly. The ONLY complaint I might add is that after I left one of the technicians badgered (her word) her about the size of the job and kept asking if this was "all we're doing?" He commented repeatedly that their jobs are usually bigger and grander and my wife said she felt like they acted the job was beneath them. Otherwise I am extremely pleased with A/V Environments. I know my job was smaller than what they are capable of doing but the owner was a class act on the phone and the technicians did a very professional job. I would absolutely hire them again.”
