“I cannot speak highly enough of this company's products, staff and overall service. I have a medium sized out building and I wanted to install a projector, screen and sound system and so did some on line research and came up with Cinema Rooms. From start to finish the service, advice and time scales for completion was first rate. The sound system - Dolby Atmos is spectacular and Cinema Rooms have an excellent demo set up so you can see exactly what the system can do. I would not hesitate in recommending Simon and his team and would use them again.”

“I've been following RTEQ ltd on Instagram for a while and, being impressed by the quality of their work, I have decided to contact them to have a smart thermostat installed. Andrea proved his passion towards his job and his knowledge since the beginning, offering a free survey, a couple of different solutions and explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each one, which made it quite easy and clear for me to choose the best option. He installed a Nest thermostat leaving everything neat and clean, paying attention to every detail (even in the hidden corner inside the boiler room). I am very happy with their service and I will contact them soon again to install more tech in my house. Highly recommended!!”

“The Epic team ran network cable throughout my house and installed a multi channel HEOS drive controlled by Alexa and connected speakers in multi rooms and the garden. They were always professional and left every room clean and tidy after pulling cables through the existing walls. They finished everything off to a high standard and were very reasonable priced. When there was an equipment hardware failure after 6 months they came back and efficiently rectified the problem. I would recommend them to everyone.”

“I have known the proprietor of this business for in excess of 30 years. Recently whilst having a Kitchen refurb I encountered some serious complications regarding electrical issues which in turn stopped the installation. I contacted Steve, he attended promptly to conduct a site inspection. He completely understood the issues ,he not only offered solutions to the problem but brought additional ideas to the table. His subsequent work was absolutely first class and without fault. He is a very industrious , tidy and a diligent electrician, offers keen prices and above all else he is tremendously trustworthy. Also, what were serious issues to me certainly were not to Steve and his attitude really re-assured my wife and I. I will continue to ask him to do any future installations that I may have and will never again waste my time and money with inferior tradesman. Mr Sean Ramsden.”

“Matthew and Neil are exceptional, they are responsive, provide really sensible solutions and lovely guys to boot. They understand their client’s needs, make a range of solutions and work with you to ensure everything works perfectly. They try ink of every detail and anticipate and sort problems before they are problems! They have future-proofed our home, without making it too high tech for us to be able to use!!! Over many years, they have installed sound systems across the house, re-done sky and aerial installations so that they work, re cabled WiFi and ensured our WiFi is crazily fast and never goes down. Furthermore, they are always at the end of the phone to sort out any problem quickly. Highly highly recommended.”

Their understanding of our needs as a family, remarkable product knowledge, and professional work standards resulted in a seamless installation. We automated our gates, lighting (garden, pool, and house), and the pool's heating with Loxone. I must also add that the design of the Loxone Touch Pure range of switches is beautifully understated and added to our interiors! Highly recommended.”

“I have been an independent AV installer for 25 years and I have worked with Sean on various projects, me as the main installer and Sean as the independent programmer, on and off for the past six years. We have completed small, medium and very large projects together and he has been a pleasure to work with. He clearly has a strong background in installation as well which has greatly assisted in his programming given that he has understood the limitations of hardware and its integration, and has tuned his programming to accommodate this. (Some programmers in my experience can only understand things from behind a keyboard and do not appreciate the importance of an install/software symbiosis) His fault finding and problem solving has been second to none and I am always confident when I know Sean is to do the programming for my installs.”
