“I hire JBaron Technologies with the goal of setting up my entire audio visual network service including internet service in a new house I was building. There were 3 TVs involved one being 4K one located outside on the covered patio. Great room has surround sound using a high end onkyo receiver. All the equipment is centralize on a rank in the laundry room. Juan and his team were great. Cost was reasonable as I compared other suppliers. They were engaging and consulting on design and ideas from day one. I had them run the wiring in the house as it was being constructed then return and finished the set up just prior to getting the certificate of occupancy. We installed Apple TV, AT&T Direct TV, Uverse for Internet, etc. Juan checked the cover of the Internet and added a node to expand the service footprint so coverage would extend to the outside patio. He has come back to do software upgrades on the Onkyo and other equipment provider fixes as needed. Very professional team that goes the extra step to get the consumer, me, what I am looking for. A good example is there are 3 speakers in the wall above the TV, Juan went to the speaker supplier and provided them with the paint chip code from Benjamin Moore so that the speakers blended into the wall”

“We had a high-end whole house installation completed by Paramount, when it was formerly operating as AVEX. The install was in a custom built home, constructed in 2002 and included cabinetry and components for home theater with surround sound, with additional speakers in living room, family room, and pool patio. When it was time to upgrade some of the components e.g. the original rear projection TV was replaced with a 65 flat mount, Paramount retrofitted the cabinetry and upgraded my receiver in 2012. We sold that home, in 2015 and Seth again provided professional service to ensure the home theater, monitors and universal remotes performed as expected. Ultimately the home theatre was an attractive incentive to many of the potential buyers. We are in the process of building a new home, and will undoubtedly call on the services of Seth and Paramount to assist us with all of our audiophile needs. We highly recommend them.”

“Donovan and his assistant were on time and got right to the job. The followed COVID-19 protocols. They resolved my issues with my security cameras and even pointed out so issues they observed in my attic, which I'm correcting already. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home the same way it was before they started working. A+++ service. Thanks again.”

“Sound Plus Wood is Mike Moran, and Mike Moran is Sound Plus Wood. Mike founded the company some 40 years ago, and I first hired him to improve my living room sound system in 1991. Ever since that first experience, Mike has been my go-to guy for anything relating to audio-video and even networking considerations. He has done several jobs for me since, and has stood firmly behind his recommended products, and even more strongly behind his own workmanship. Lest you think, "Yeah, yeah, yeah...Mike is probably a friend, so what am I to expect?" You'd be right. Mike is a friend, but he became a friend as a result of his professional relationship with me; I never knew of him prior to the first time he worked for me.”
