The sales staff are more like trusted advisors who inform and guide you throughout the process and ultimately to the ideal solutions. The project managers and installation crew is expert and friendly. The Barrett’s team has a nice way of relating to those of us who are not savvy to the latest home technology and explain germane information in lay terms. I know the owner Joe Barrett and General Manager Brian Perreault personally and professionally and feel they have great integrity. I would highly recommend this firm.”

“I cannot say enough good things about sound design. They are incredibly professional and helpful with all their work. People are wowed by all the cool gadgets we have and the amazing sound system. They have great customer service. I've worked with the owner Al who is a great guy. His employee Kristy Albrecht called just to make sure everything was still working well, 2 years after the install. They maintain the equipment well and always respond if there is an issue (and the only issues I have had were after changing a cable box that had died (cable company equipment, not their stuff). I called and they were immediately there to fix it. I have dealt with a lot of contractors and laborers for many house projects. I always recommend sound design and their entire team. You will not be disappointed!”

“Doug is a GOD send!!! After months of numerous phone calls and 2 companies coming out to "FIX" my wifi network but it still was working after they left; Doug came out and had my network back up and working Great in 1 hour. He is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend him if you are having any network troubles!!!! Doug is AWESOME!!! I found Doug through the Houzz app back in 2015 and I have been calling him ever since for all my audio visual and internet needs. Doug is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. Just recently Doug installed a tv over my fireplace as you can see from the pictures above we started from scratch no outlet or cable jack. Now we have this nice TV and soundbar over the fireplace. I highly recommend Doug for any internet or audio visual needs!!!! Thank you Doug for everything!!!”
