“Excellent service from the initial consultation through to the finished installation. The project was completed within the deadline and budget given. Everything works seamlessly. I dealt with Paul, who was incredibly knowledgeable of the options available to me, and he was very receptive to what I wanted, but was also quick to suggest clever options that worked well for my home, that other companies had not thought of. Paul really thought outside the box compared to other companies I have used, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Would happily use again and recommend.”

“Ali and Reza did an excellent job on the Bespoke Media Units and Home Automation of our new home. The entire project included a complete renovation, changing internal layout and completely rebuilding the some interiors. Ali and Reza had to work with and around our team of builders. The team were thoroughly professional, with a great sense of responsibility, keeping us informed of the progress while working with the renovation team to ensure an efficient and timely delivery of their services. “We used Robert/Absolute Sound & Vision to set up the Control4 system & WiFi connection (including boosters) after moving house. Robert & his team set up the system across the whole house to work for us and took time to understand our needs. He set up surround sound for the cinema room and multiple sky boxes as well as the other parts of the system, lighting, doorbell etc. It was a pleasure dealing with Robert, and nothing is ever too much trouble. We have had to contact Robert a couple of times since installation a year ago and none of our queries are too big or too small for him. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and would definitely recommend. You won’t find better”

“The spec, the installation and any snagging were professionally competed to our timescales - we now have a wifi enabled house house with cat 6 and coax cables in every room. From our central IT HUB, we have sonos powering the ceiling speakers in 4 rooms, sky HD TV in 4 rooms (we did not go for sky multi room so can watch many different freeview channels but only 1 sky channel in each of the 4 rooms at the same time) with also the option to watch a dvd or Apple tv in those 4 rooms. Use bluecube speakers - they are excellent and highly recommended. Renovations are the ideal time to do this sort of project and I could not recommend Steve highly enough, met him at the grand designs show in London.”

“Pinchpoint provided a highly professional, pro active and reliable service. I had worked with other AV professionals on previous refurbishments but Pinchpoint provided a far more comprehensive service throughout the project and afterwards. From initial meetings at my office to understand needs and budget, to drafting plans and specs, to liaising with other professionals and most importantly in the implementation of my specified systems. The quality of their approach and delivery was outstanding and the installations are a major upgrade on other providers. Any problems were immediately dealt with and they made sure that the spec was continuously updated for any improvements launched in the market but without blowing budget constraints. After the job was completed Pinchpoint provided me with a control sheet of all my equipment, logins and subscriptions and now monitor everything to ensure all remains in order. After sales service is very high. Dealing with Pinchpoint was like dealing with a blue chip professional services provider. Responsive, technical and passionate about delivering a high quality product within budget.”
