“Avidia was extremely professional in all their work. I am still amazed at how simple it is to operate their Control 4 operating system. You literally have you the entire operation of your house in the palm of your hand. Whether it is Visual (Comcast, DirecTV, Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, etc), Audio (radio, Sirrius, Pandora, Tidal, Apple, etc.), lighting both indoor and out, heating and a/c controls, and your alarm system, with only a few swipes of your finger you can adjust any setting anywhere in your house. You don't even need to be home! The wifi throughout the house, basement and back patio is fantastic. We no longer have dead areas. Obviously it is not an inexpensive system, and the more functions that are included, the higher the price tag, but everything works they way it was originally presented. After the original sticker shock, they work with you on ways to value engineer the system to maximize your budget with your end user experience. After the system was up and running there were a few kinks to iron out, but Avidia's response time was great. I would strongly recommend them to a friend.”

After months of numerous phone calls and 2 companies coming out to "FIX" my wifi network but it still was working after they left; Doug came out and had my network back up and working Great in 1 hour. He is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend him if you are having any network troubles!!!! Doug is AWESOME!!! I found Doug through the Houzz app back in 2015 and I have been calling him ever since for all my audio visual and internet needs. Doug is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. “CJ and Greg are THE best! I was looking for Control4 dealers who could do whole home audio video and met CJ thru a request that I’d sent on Thumbtack. My first impression was very very good as we had a brief 5 min meeting at my place (it was my fault as I’d initially called him at a time but then I got double booked). However, CJ was very quick to understand what I need and more importantly was very open to work with me on purchasing the best devices. Unlike some of the folks I’d met before I met him, he did not push me to buy products only from him and was really and truly thinking about my best interests. The smart security setup was a breeze and both of them were available literally 24x7 if something doesn’t feel right or otherwise. The smart lighting install had a few issues due to how complicated the wiring was at my place but they not only did great with the setup but also fixed the previous issues! Not to forget, they enabled all the Ethernet access points in my home so now I have a wired backhaul throughout. I’m waiting for them to start doing smart shades (a new venture that CJ plans to add in 2022) so I can be their first customer for the same. I was looking for a long term business relationship but I found friends who really care about my best at all times! These guys are pros at what they do, very knowledgeable, trustworthy and highly customer focused! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! P.S. also, unlike many others, they never asked me to write any reviews anywhere. Now that’s the mindset and the customer focused attitude that I’m referring to!”
