It was enjoyable dealing with New Wave right from the very first visit to the demonstration room. They worked quickly and very transparently to explain what was within our budget and what we could expect. Their design ideas were attractive, and the drawings they produced gave us an excellent idea of what the room would look like: a conversion from a children's playroom into an adult playroom. They managed the project for us and, without exception, all of the people who came to work on the room were a pleasure to have in the house. I would recommend New Wave without hesitation.

New Wave installed the AV equipment in our house when originally built in 2014, and have since provided ongoing service and support as we have upgraded or added to our system over time. The team responds promptly to requests and is readily available when required. We find that they provide well-considered, helpful and practical solutions. New Wave installed a full Control 4 system in our new build house and also installed a cinema room. We are delighted with the final products and all of the team at New Wave were fantastic to deal with at all times. Interestingly, for the levels of service they provided, were also very competitive one price. I cannot recommend them and their products highly enough. The cinema room is a delight and the Control 4 system makes the house truly 21st century.

Having dreamed of having my own cinema room for many years in 2019 i decided to make it a reality, my first step was to subscribe to Home Cinema Choice. The magazine was a great resource for information and details of industry experts. With the help of the magazine and the internet i identified installers i could potentially work with. I met with Angus from New Wave AV in January 2020 at their showroom, I felt that Angus immediately understood what i was trying to achieve and he was able to answer all of my questions and i had a lot of them having never done anything like this before. I undertook the building work and New Wave AV designed the space and supplied and fitted all the technical elements. James from New Wave was on site taking care of the fitting and he did a fantastic job. From start to finish dealing with New Wave was a pleasure, my questions were answered, the service was impeccable and overall made the experience thoroughly enjoyable, and the end result was epic.

We met Angus to discuss turning our basement into a cinema room. Angus came over to look at the space and came up with a design based on what we were after, ultimately to turn the whole space into a cinema room with a bar. Angus came up with a great design. We discussed budget and Angus worked with us to get as close to the budget without compromising on quality. Alongside NewWave, Nick at The London Master Craftsmen Ltd came over to work on the design with Angus to make sure the bar and decor matched the room. Nick came up with a great bar design and some wonderful ideas on colours choices. The finished space is just amazing, better than we could have hoped for. It’s certainly a ‘wow’ room. Friends and family who have been able to see it have been extremely impressed with the space, it’s beautiful and classy. The sound and imagery is amazing, really high spec. The lighting is also perfect. It gives the full cinema experience. The team at NewWave came over to listen to how we wanted the room to work from a sound, light and picture point of view and tailored to the room to work all of these things at once via a single remote control. The whole experience of working with NewWave was very positive and we really felt they gave us exactly what we wanted, maybe even a little bit more. Thank you so much to Angus and the NewWave team for giving us this amazing room, it’s just beautiful and perfect in every way. New Wave were professional throughout. We had a pre-decorated room that had character, which we wanted to maintain. They came up with a novel floating wall design, which looks stunning and is in keeping with the room. They listened to our needs and gave us CAD designs and allowed us to experience a similar system prior to purchase. Throughout, they kept us informed, they turned up when they said they would, and nothing was too much trouble. Every one of their team was professional, friendly and explained each part of the system in a way the whole family understood. The quality of the work was to a high standard and the project was completed in the expected time. This was definitely an investment worth making and I would certainly recommend New Wave in the same positive way they were recommended to me.

We are pleased with the outcome of house revamp that the New Wave team were a key part of. It was a pleasure working with the team, who kept to their budget and deadlines and worked well with the main contractor and his electrician who ran the cables for first fixing. We achieved our overall aim of having a modern system that was minimalist in appearance, Amina hidden speakers etc. The system has a high degree of integration and clever programming linking the security system, eKey entry system, Velux windows, Neostat heating controls and motorised blinds / curtains to the Control4 system.

We have used New Wave for several years and always found that the product is excellent quality and exemplary service is delivered by friendly, professional and knowledgeable individuals. We now have a full cinema room which has first class sound and visuals, a fully integrated sound system throughout the house and an automated lighting and window blind system all operated by a wall mounted iPad, remotely via mobile phones or the in room key pads.
