Matt provided us with regular reports on costs and programme, so that we were aware of the impact of any changes we made along the way. Importantly, Matt identified the need for a redesign of our original architects layout and liaised with the structural engineer to provide the design and layout we wanted but at a substantially reduced cost that remained within the budget. Matt also liaised with our chosen bathroom suppliers and resolved several issues we had with them. He managed the kitchen design and layout on site and found a kitchen supplier who provided exactly what we wanted within our budget. Our work commitments took us away a lot throughout the build and so Matt worked with us to provide updates at times that suited us and we felt fully confident that he would manage the works whilst we were away.
