“Balma Building Services were brilliant for our house refurbishment in Hither Green, Lewisham. It was my Wife and I's first house refurbishment, so was close to our heart to succeed. Joe Stammers is very personal, with a great "Get the Job done" mentality and commercial reasoning gets the project to work for his clients. I work for a major London residential property developer and think the quality of finish was fantastic. I would highly recommend Balma Building Services.”

“Russell has been converting our house over the past 12 months. This is a full house renovation turning a 3 bedroom to a 5 bedroom house. Russell Hewes has excellently completed a loft and side return extension. They have also finished the interiors to a very high standard and their builders are consummate professionals - incredibly respectful, professional and friendly. We are delighted with the amazing job they have done and would strongly recommend them for anyone embarking on a major project where they want a high aesthetic finish and attention to detail.”

“From the moment that we first met Dean, he showed that, as well as having a highly professional approach to building, he also has a creative mind and an eye for detail that made him the completely obvious choice for our project. With incredible care and devotion, he and his team totally transformed our home over the course of 6 months, whilst we still lived there. We'd not been relishing the prospect of the disruption, noise and dust but everyone went out of their way to work around us wherever possible, thoughtfully prioritising our day to day life. Dean is a real perfectionist and employs only like-minded people - the results are there to see in the workmanship all around our house. We would recommend Dorking Design and Build to anyon”

“From the outset of the project and throughout, a totally friendly and professional service. Was impressed with the clear explanation of the plan of the project stages. Consultations were detailed, knowledgeable and informative. During the planning stage appointments were arranged promptly and conveniently which I very much appreciated. The supporting literature and IT portal to allow me to track the project were excellent. I could review any plans and documents related to the project with ease at any time. “Adam and his team are professional, extremely polite and very skilled. I have used them several times now. In my experience, they are happy to tackle jobs that others are too frightened to attempt. Adam has a real problem-solving mentality. He is knowledgeable, extremely decent and honest, and my only qualm about recommending him, is that I don't want him to be too busy to be free for my next job. Highly recommended.”

“Egis came recommended from my daughter and certainly lived up to expectations. I had ordered a new kitchen to be fitted by Wren. However I needed to have my kitchen area brought up to scratch first. Egis had to make good our wooden floor and also did a lot of work and plastering to the old kitchen walls too. The area was also completely rewired and plumbed. He then laid a tiled floor prior to kitchen being fitted. The work was excellent and certainly made the kitchen fitters job easy.”

The 2 project managers and the whole team were super professional, work was completed on time to a great standard and the initial price and contingencies were impressively accurate.”

“Mayfair developers completed a loft conversion for me recently and I couldn’t recommend them enough from planning to finish. They have added 2 bedrooms and a shower room and made my family house a home. Very professional polite clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them to anybody. I can’t thank them enough.”
