“I had an idea for seating in our kitchen, but Simon Holding Upholstery brought it to life. I must say I didn’t expect it to be as brilliant as it is. To start, they created the frame for our banquette seating, which was made with precision – exactly to fit in the space. It wasn’t long before the entire banquette was upholstered and it was ready to install and fitted beautifully by Mike. So much care was taken from start to finish, overseen by Simon, with his eye for perfection and flair. I can’t recommend Simon Holding Upholstery enough. They were friendly, creative and produced our seating beyond expectations.”

“I found Kerry on Instagram and messaged her regarding my parents original Heals chair that needed some serious TLC. It had been given a bad makeover a few years before and needed to be updated & shown the love & respect it deserves. Kerry was brilliant. She took her time talking with me about what would be the best fabric to use, how she would go about it doing it and sending me samples of the wool. The end result was absolutely everything we could have wanted & breathed new life into a much loved piece of furniture. Highly recommend.”

“I finished a chair today! Yeh. I’ve studied upholstery on and off for about five years. This is the very best course that I’ve been on. I had fun, I have learned loads, I completed a rocking chair which two other classes couldn’t/wouldn’t help me with, thanks to Clare and Nicola who are very hands on and never leave you waiting as the classes are quite small. 5 stars and highly recommended.”

“My experience with LFS was great. They delivered a very high finish, made several home visits to show fabric samples and gave professional advice on what to select. Our home was under a total refurbishment after it was flood damaged and LFS were patiently awaiting the final delivery date without penalty for storage of our three pieces of furniture. Talking with the owner, Michael, and his employees was always pleasant and professional. I would always return to this company should I have more sofas or chairs to be reupholstered and recommend them unreservedly to anyone who wants a high standard of finish.”
