Marc surveyed the property and suggested steps, echoing those of the tiny back porch, coming down to the terrace area. Although he designed and scoped steps, a terrace/patio, and a retaining wall, I ended up hiring him for the steps only. His plan was exquisite but not within my reach. He added a landing area at the base of the steps. Exquisite, solid, functional, lovely, and entirely characteristic of his workmanship.”
