“We just happened to come across the PMP crew working while walking in our neighborhood - their excellent work on that particular project is what prompted me to give them a call for our project (brick stairway replacement). Leo was very informative in answering our questions in our initial email exchanges, and he also made the effort on a Saturday - to suit our schedule - to come over to outline the project plan, provide a quote, and offer other options and alternatives. The team was able to schedule our stairway replacement during their busy Spring schedule - one that included other projects of a bigger scale. However, thoroughness and attention-to-detail was not overlooked, and not once did we feel that our project was a "lower priority". PMP reached out to schedule the start date, they showed up on time as promised, and completed the project in 2 days. No rushing, no cutting corners. The final result was better than imagined. Amazing craftsmanship and detail in all aspects of the brickwork, pointing, and design. The new stairs certainly enhance the "curb-appeal" at the front of the house, and the crew even went above-and-beyond by performing some needed touch-up work at the bottom of our front door. Clean-up was spectacular - like they were never there. The PMP crew have certainly earned their great reputation. Leo personally stopped over - not a phone call or text - to ensure the project was completed to a high standard and to make sure everything was completed to satisfaction.
