“We hired Miller Pools to remodel our aging pool area. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the finished product !! My wife and I are very "visual" people. We knew "generally" what we wanted but have a problem envisioning the finished product. We met with Michael and he very patiently walked us through the process of making the choices that matched with our vision and our remodel far and away exceeded our expectations. Michael was on site every morning to make sure that work was meeting his standards. Any questions or areas of concern that my wife and I had were discussed and addressed immediately !! i was impressed with Michael's attention to detail and that of his crews! “Conrad De Leon, Owner of Epik Poolscapes, is the best pool guy around. I am a busy professional, and Conrad went to great lengths to meet with me on my schdule - mornings, evenings, weekends - and to listen to what I wanted. We went through several design revisions, and each time, he had a "Whatever you want, I can do" attitude. He guided me when my ideas and tastes were getting too expensive, and helped to direct the project so that the end result we achieved was a stylish pool that fit well with my home and yard. Conrad and his team really know the ins and outs, from design, to rebar, to gunnite, to coping, tile, and decking. We chose travertine for our coping and decking, and an Italian glass tile for our waterline and spa. When we had almost finished and were short 1 box of glass tile, Conrad checked and found out that no more was available from his supplier, that the tile was from Italy, and that the manufacturer had stopped making our color. He then located the last existing box in Arizona, and had it to our house within days so his artisans could finish their tile work on the spa. While working with him, I witnessed as he took calls from other customers as well as suppliers and servicemen. His customer service is top notch. His friendly, personal touch will put you at ease as you embark on spending a big chunk of change. The sense I got was that he would do a 'cheaper' design and decking if you wanted to, but prefers to do nicer pools. Most importantly, regardless of the pool size or cost, he uses construction techniques in rebar spacing, gunnite thickness, etc. that are superior, built to last, and the same whether you are spending $40K or $80K. He really knows the pool equipment too, from filters, to pumps, to fountains and light features. I would highly recomend Epik Poolscapes in the Pearland/Friendswood/Clear Lake area if you are serious about a quality pool done right.”
