“I recently purchased a home with a pool that hadn't been upgraded or maintained since the 1990s! Don Wall (owner) came by and gave me a free consultation prior to my purchase of the home. He correctly estimated all the work that would be needed and gave me a spot on cost write up. Once I purchased the home, I hired Don to do the work. “I had dealing with the misery of unprofessional and flaky landscape and pool contractors to finish my large dirt side yards and backyard. In steps Grant Smith of Aqualink Pools and Spas. Grant Smith has one of the highest characters I have ever seen, does what he says, and stands behind his work. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and is at the project site every single day to oversee the work and be available to anser any questions. I value communication more than most, and he never once failed to return a phone call or a text, and many times would return emails at 10 or 11pm at night. He also is completely up to date on the latest technologies with pool design, equipment, plumbing, electrical, and concrete which will make your project last a lifetime. Please see pictures of our project to see how it turned out. Our project was enormous and our yard was enormous. Grant Smith oversaw the entire build process from start to finish, and continues to be available after the project has been completed for any questions. I was deathly afraid of this entire process, because the entire pool contractor/landscape contractor industry has such a horrible reputation and is full of such crooked people, but Grant Smith met and exceeded all of our expectations bar none. Do not hesitate to hire him for any of your pool/spa/masonry/landscape contracting needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

“There are not enough nice words to say about A Cut Above Construction, Pools and Landscaping. Chris Young owns the company along with his delightful wife, Debbie. His two sons, Cole and Corey, help out as well. Chris is very much a hands-on manager. You see him almost every day, working, supervising and answering all your questions and discussing options. His crews are the most hard-working, polite and talented men we've ever encountered. Our landscaping - front and back, our pool, the design and hardscape are the talk of the neighborhood. In fact, several of our neighbors contracted his company to design and install their yards. He met with us to get our concepts, then brought us a virtual plan that really excited us. The result is fantastic! It was finished in the time promised and was clean and perfectly ready to enjoy. A Cut Above really is a cut above the rest!”
