“I hired Tom to design and build our gunite pool based on recommendations from the firm that did our landscaping. In my experience, pool builders are a sketchy bunch - I called no fewer than 4 companies for quotes. 2 never even bothered to show up to quote, 1 spent an hour measuring and never came back with a quote, and the final one was at my house for 10 minutes, wrote a number on a piece of paper and handed it to me - no details on equipment, lights, etc. Just a number and he left. Read other pool builder reviews and you'll see the same. Tom showed up numerous occasions to discuss the pool's function (are you doing laps, playing with kids, just floating with a drink?), and ultimately he's the one we hired. He hit every deadline, kept every promise, and has done a truly professional job for us. I probably could have spent less, but I am sure we would have paid in the end in lesser equipment, lesser quality, and more headaches. Pay now or pay later is what I always find in construction. I highly recommend Custom Pool Pros, and would use them again.”

“Let me start out by saying I don’t generally give testimonials but given my exceptional experience with the Levco team and Peter Lindia, I feel compelled to share my experience. Building a pool is a major investment and requires a lot of trust in your contractor. First, they do what they say. There were no surprises and the quality of their work is excellent. Several inspectors made positive comments to us about the quality of the workmanship. The scope and cost was laid out in the beginning and they stuck to it. We found Levco was quoting reasonable prices compared to others, which made me a little nervous at first. We wanted a high end pool/spa. We got our dream pool! No corners were cut and it works perfectly. The office is very organized and Laura was a pleasure to work with. Any questions were followed up immediately and they always kept us posted on progress and what to expect. Peter was always available for questions along the way or would stop over to discuss various aspects of the project. The contractors were well coordinated and the crews are very professional and worked extremely hard. These guys operate like a well-oiled machine. All the people that work with Peter are great as well, whether its the tree guys, landscape designer or irrigation specialist. They coordinated everything making it easy and its clear they are all very good at what they do and are reasonably priced. We can’t say it enough; they know what they are doing. On the creative side, Peter has great vision. We had plans designed in advance by a landscape designer. When we met with Peter and discussed the plans, he shared another vision that he thought would work better. We went with Peter’s concept and couldn’t be happier. It is beautiful and came out much better than we could have hoped. We sit back and look at it every day, and just smile and think it’s perfect. We are so glad we built the pool with Levco. Everyone that has seen the final product has the same reaction, “wow - it’s beautiful!””

“About 32 years ago Central Jersey Pools installed an L shaped 40' long pool in my yard and maintained it so we enjoyed every season. Then along came Hurricane Sandy and did damage to the pool. “Chris and his team at Genesis do work that no one else can do. They specialize in creating unique and custom pools and outdoor living spaces that can be used for years and years. Genesis takes the time to understand what you want and then they work in concert with all of the vendors to make sure everything is done on time. For example, they make sure the permit guys show up when things are done, rather than doing them and then calling the permit guys, same with plumbing, they make sure the plumbing guy is scheduled to show up when he is needed so that the project remains on schedule. We are so fortunate to have worked with Chris and his team. They have created a backyard like no other.”
