“I wanted a custom and very unique pool. One that we could design together. The components were; Grotto in the middle, negative edge, pergola, sun shelves, fire bowls, fire pit, LED lighting, top of the line wifi filtration, and stone from the Smoky Mountains. We used Jason's software...which is amazing. The end product looked exactly as what the software depicted. I wondered at the end of the construction if it was really as great as what I thought, but when you have others in the pool business step into the backyard, you can see it on their face. “This was an extensive backyard remodel that included: 1. A complete 6' wall with gorgeous wooden gates on two sides 2. Offset pavers spaced with dwarf mondo grass for the entire back yard not enclosed by the screen enclosure. 3. Enlarged full paver deck with 300 SF of covered area added. 4. Fire/water feature. 5. New infinity spa with 1" black iridescent glass tiles and all epoxy grout in black 6. Refinished pool with pebble tec coating with glass beads to match the glass tile. 7. Extensive irrigation work to accommodate a raised vegetable garden and 5 custom made planters 8. Extensive landscape lighting to highlight the existing and new plantings. Wayne, Julia and James know what they are doing. We interviewed several contractors before we discovered them. Once we met with them it was quickly apparent that knew what we wanted and knew how to deliver it. Their 3D CAD animations are spectacular and helped us quickly find the design we wanted. Their subcontractors were all professional, courteous and good at what they do. We would recommend them without hesitation if you want the pool of your dreams.”

There was some initial confusion about when they were scheduled for our first visit, and then more confusion about ordering parts and the follow-up visit; but the owner and entire crew showed up at the next visit (and all subsequent visits for awhile) until we got everything worked out. Eric (owner) was very attentive and knowledgeable and took all the time we needed to show us how things worked and what might need attention (pumps, heaters, solar panels, etc.) And Jimmy (tech) spent hours repairing and replacing leaky or broken valves, pool lights, and fixed the pump so that it operates more efficiently.
