After talking with Chris about it he explained what was going on in his life at that point in time and i understood things happen. me and my wife continued to use him for the project. Through the time it took to get the liner in Chris remained super thorough in communication. Answered my texts/calls even texted me for updates before I asked. kept me in the loop on the timeline of the liner which is more than i can say for any other pool person i had dealt with until then. he resurfaced the bottom of my pool, fixed a bunch of things, did my plumbing and installed the liner in a timely fashion. I was in a pinch and Chris saved the day. I would use Chris again 10/10 times.”
