I have to say from the sales with vicki, and then sam the owner popping round to my project, added to then the professionalism from the installation team, this was one of the most easiest professional purchases i have made. Throughout the purchase they supported and were at the end of a phone and on email for any questions i had. I have OCD but the installers were perfect and its not often i say that. Not tried the Tub yet but looks the business and is built to last. The quality and finish as way above wht i looked at in the sector.
