Kristen Love was very helpful in explaining how the Tuff Form shower base works and also helped us with tile choices for the bath area. She provided all of the part nos. and what areas they would be used in and when I called and asked for more help was able to get me the detailed info from the manufacturer on the install of the shower base. The plumber needed tile thicknesses which she responded to immediately so as not to keep the plumber sitting idle. Great experience! I wouldn't hesitate calling for more help.”
