“We are doing a large remodel that includes 4 baths and kitchen as well as an outside deck aand patio areas. Marta and Patrick have been most helpful and patient in sourcing samples and offering tips as we make selections.Their expertise helps us to not end up with something aesthetically "off" due to something that we might not anticipate since we are not experts by any means. They are familiar with the quirks of each manufacturer. We've selected tile from several lines: Porcelanosa; Ann Sacks; DalTile, Heath Ceramics. They've been able to provide almost every line except the Heath. All the orders are correct and delivered in the stated time. One last visit to Art Tile remains in order to select large format natural stone tile or porcelain for the outside concrete elected deck that is off the house-level wood deck. I am hoping that we can use some of the Bay Area beautiful art tiles in some way for that area or fire pit. Art Tile on Broadway is convenient to us and we've never had parking issues even though we've been there about 4 times.”

They offer very attractive tile selections ranging from traditional subway shapes to stylish, glass stick mosaics. Import Tile keeps most of their products in stock, so instant gratification can be achieved, and they have a Very good price point on most of their items. In addition to great products, the staff at Import Tile always takes great care of me!”

“Straight Line has installed beautiful countertops in my kitchen, and also on a vanity AND slab shower walls... they did an amazing job with great detail to seams, following the flow of the design in the stone and most importantly they really educated me on the process, all the options, and kept in touch with me every step of the way. I highly recommend them.”

“I contracted with A Touch of Stone to install new granite counter tops in my kitchen and Quartz countertops in two bathrooms. Every person I came in contact with from this company was very nice and incredibly professional. They were genuinely concerned with making sure we were going to be happy with our countertops and would ask us questions about things we didn't think to check. After we had the kitchen counters installed, we realized we'd forgotten to request a hole for the dishwasher air gap. The owner stopped at our house on his way home one night and made the extra hole without charge. Awesome, awesome customer service!! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to others.”

“Felipe was very accommodating and friendly throughout the entire process. I had to install new countertops in my kitchen, and Felipe went above and beyond by doing an in-person free consultation. The turnaround time was quick and the countertops look amazing. Felipe and his coworker did a wonderful job cutting and installing the countertops and were overall very pleasant to work with. I definitely recommend using Felipe for your next renovation project.”

“Zachary was great. He totally got what it was I was trying to accomplish in my tiny galley kitchen. I live in a SF Mission apartment with a great layout EXCEPT the kitchen prep area.
