“Mark has now done three tile jobs for us in the past year and a half including a large kitchen back splash, the walls of a half bathroom, and the floor of a great room. We are extremely satisfied with his work and even recommended him to friends who used Mark to do their bathroom and were completely satisfied as well. What we appreciate most about Mark is that he not only does a great job installing tiles, but will give you advice and suggestions along the way if he thinks there is a better way of doing something. For example, we were all set to buy a transition piece between the recent floor he installed and our existing kitchen floor. Mark instead suggested a sloping tile transition that looks out of this world and has been complimented on by everyone who sees our floor. Not only does this look great but he saved us a few bucks in the process. Mark's prices are fair and he is very prompt.”

“I needed to purchase 1x 9lbs Pail-Urethane Grout-StarQuartz - Quartz Lock 2 - Hemp / 9lbs for $82.00 each. I wasn't able to get it at my local tile store anymore. The gentleman on the phone was informative and quite personable. I wish the store was local because the showroom looks amazing and the personnel seem like the type of people I would like to work with. Kudos to your staff. Thank you!”

“My husband and I could not be happier with the gorgeous bathroom renovation Tile Masters did for us. The ceramic tile is a designer's work of art... designed by Robert. We love it. All of our friends and neighbors could not believe how beautiful the bathroom is. The work crew was courteous, dependable and friendly. They covered everything imaginable to "keep down the dust". It is easy to see why the bathroom is our favorite room in our home. I would absolutely recommend Tile Masters to anyone looking to do renovations. You will not regret it.”

“I just renovated my guest bath and I have to say the results were amazing! I don't have any kind of decorating flair and the owner Paulo thankfully does! He had the patient of a saint while I went back and forth trying to make a decision, which when it comes to decorating, I have a hard time. He had no problem loaning me samples, (as many as I needed while trying to make a decision). If the guy made money based on the amount of time he spent with his customers, he would go broke. He has an eye for color and mixing different textures and the outcome is more than I hoped for. Thank you Paulo and Hugo for your assistance. You guys have a great selection to choose from, but more than anything, your assistance is outstanding. I would use you again for any project I did in my home requiring the products you sell. Their service was outstanding. They obtained and delivered the products on time. What more can you ask for? I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to use these types of products. And, if they don't stock it, they will try their hardest to find it for you!!! Thanks for everything, guys.”

“Smart tile has done work in our home this past year and did a wonderful job. We had them do 3 bathrooms, kitchen floor, 2 kitchen back splashes, over 500 sqft of floating floors and a bunch of other projects. They have a great selection of stock, and they are very accommodating.”
