“I recently worked with Solomon B. at Counter Culture to have a Carrara marble countertop installed in our kitchen. Sol was great to work with and walked us through all our options. A few days after picking out our slab, Counter Culture arrived for the installation. The installers were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend both Sol and Counter Culture for anyone looking for new countertops.”

“Marina is a wonderful designer and has a wonderful selection of tile at her newly opened store. This is the third time I have used her for selecting tile for a major rennovation.Within a few minutes she had selected two great choices, unique and beautiful. While you can wander for days looking for options, she picked two backsplash options based upon my floor, counter and cabinet samples in ten minutes. My kitchen looks like a million bucks and the backsplash makes it! She previously selected tiles for my new bathroom and helped with the bathroom, and also backsplasmfor another kitchen.Although I am a homeowner, she is well known for her work with designers in the Washinton DC area. I highly recommend her, and her bath and kitchen tile store.”

“Christian at Dominion Granite and Marble was very helpful and at the same time gave me plenty of space to make up my mind. As a result, I felt 100% confident making the decision to purchase. The advice to give my kitchen marble countertops an acid wash was excellent. I had researched it extensively, and found elsewhere that people recommend using honed marble because etching is less apparent. Dominion Granite go one step further and offer to give the stone an acid wash, which completely hides subsequent inevitable etching. I haven't heard of anyone else who does that.”

“" Every tile business should be like Country Floors! " My family and I were looking into remodeling one of our bathrooms. We first, hired Paul Bentham, senior designer at Jennifer Gilmer to help us with the project. And then among the list of item selection, we needed to find nice and special tiles. After I visited several stores, I was so pleased to follow my sister's advice and visit Country Floors in Bethesda, MD. I cannot emphasize enough how nice the store and staff are. The minute you enter the store you are welcomed and assisted, you don't need an appointment there is always someone to take care of you. I first met with Kathleen Keany who was very warm, pleasant, very ethical, highly professional, knowledgeable and the same goes for the rest of the staff whom I met, Hannah Greeley and Kelly are equally wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful and radiant. The store itself isn't packed with tiles but everything is nicely displayed, and not overwhelming like some other stores were to me. I recommend Country Floors highly and I'm very happy to have done business with them and I have already referred family and friends. And the same goes to working with Paul Bentham of Jennifer Gilmer. Exquisite taste, very patient."”

“Awesome work! I found GW Restoration through an internet search and was so happy I did!! My granite was broken and everyone else told me it was beyond repair but not Gus. I emailed Gus and sent photos of my problem and he was able to let me know he could fix it and also gave me a quote all through email! We set an appointment and he and his brother were prompt, professional and went to work as soon as they arrived. I watched the whole process and they definitely knew what they were doing. I was so happy with the results!”
